A native of Washington, D.C. who lived as an expat in Munich and Hong Kong. Upon returning to the U.S., I have taught at the university level, as well as coached mulit-nationals for over 20 years. In 2013, I returned to Munich, Germany, where I continued coaching and training at multinationals, start-ups, and scale ups. for 12 years. Back in the US again, I am available to coach virtually.
My first priority is always the interests of my clients developing both hard and soft 'human' skills. Soft 'human' skills are increasingly recognized as critical in the modern workforce, where collaboration, adaptability, and effective communication are highly valued.
